A familiar face may return to Atlanta United to help fill the void due to left-back Brad Guzan’s long-term injury. According to journalist Julie Michaels of TyC in Argentina, Five Stripes are close to a deal that would bring goalkeeper Rocco Rios Novo back to the club on loan for the remainder of the season.

Rios Novo spent time with Atalanta again in the 2021 season, starting two notable CONCACAF matches. Champions League And great performance. He spent the rest of the campaign with ATL UTD 2, participating in 20 matches.
