Ingredients

  • 1 small solid head iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • 1 tangerine, sectioned
  • 2 medium apples, cored and chopped
  • 2 small onions, chopped
  • 1 orange, sectioned
  • Dressing
  • 3/4 C. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 C. milk
  • 1/4 tsp garlic salt
  • pepper
  • 1 tsp sugar

Directions

1. In a bowl, add the lettuce, onion, apple, orange and tangerine and mix.
2. For the dressing: in another bowl, add the milk, mayonnaise, sugar, garlic salt and pepper
and beat until smooth.
3. Place the dressing over the salad and gently, toss to coat well.
4. Enjoy.
