Crusted Steak with Lemon Butter Recipe

Level up your steak game by adding some lemon butter. It will cut the fat and open up your palate to the rich and juicy taste of your steak.

Preparation time: 50 minutes
Serving Size: 4 people




  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 ½ tsp white pepper
  • ¼ ground black pepper
  • 4 pcs sirloin steak

For lemon butter:

  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 4 tbsp softened butter


1. Combine garlic powder, salt, sugar, coriander, red pepper flakes, white pepper, and black pepper.

2. Put the mixed spices on the steak and rub it. Do it on all sides of the steak, Shake the excess off.

3. Add oil in the grill and heat it. Once it is hot, place the steak and cook it for 2 minutes. Do it on all sides of the steak.

4. Move the steak to medium heat on the grill and cook it until doneness of your liking.

5. Remove and serve the steak and place the lemon butter mixture on the steak.

For lemon butter:

1. Mix the garlic powder, lemon juice, parsley, and butter.
2. Put on the lemon butter mixture in a plastic wrap and roll it.
3. After forming it like a log shape, chill it in a refrigerator until it is firm
