Bell Pepper Turkey Chili Recipe

Turkey chili with bell peppers and pumpkin puree.

Makes: 8 servings
Prep: 10 minutes
Cook dinner: 35 minutes

Substances:

  • 1 chopped small yellow onion
  • 3 minced garlic cloves
  • 2 kilos (finely floor) turkey
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 seeded and chopped red bell pepper
  • ¾ cup pumpkin puree
  • 3 tablespoons red chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 cups diced tomatoes
  • ½ cup diced inexperienced chilies
  • 1½ tablespoon (finely floor) cumin
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • Salt, as per style choice
  • ½ cup (ideally selfmade) chicken broth

Instructions:
